Description

A flavorful and moist chicken meatloaf topped with sweet ketchup, perfect for family dinners.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/2 onion, finely chopped
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tsp salt
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  • 1 tsp Italian seasoning
  • 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
  3. Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
  4. Spread a generous layer of ketchup over the top.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
  6. Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
