- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup shredded cheese
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 onion, finely chopped
- 1 egg
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 cup ketchup (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, mix together the ground chicken, breadcrumbs, shredded cheese, minced garlic, finely chopped onion, egg, salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning until well combined.
- Shape the mixture into a loaf and place it in a baking dish.
- Spread a generous layer of ketchup over the top.
- Bake in the preheated oven for about 30 minutes, checking that the internal temperature reaches 165°F (74°C).
- Let it rest for a few minutes before slicing.
