These no-bake Cookie Dough Protein Balls are the perfect sweet snack, packed with protein and flavor, ideal for post-workout or a quick treat.
Ingredients

- 1 cup vanilla protein powder
- 1/2 cup chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup maple syrup
- 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
- Dried fruit (optional)
- Chopped nuts (optional)
- Seeds (optional)
Instructions
- Measure all your ingredients first. Put the protein powder in a bowl.
- Add the chocolate chips, seeds, and chopped nuts into the bowl.
- In a separate small bowl, mix the maple syrup and peanut butter.
- Stir the wet mix into the dry mix. Combine until you have a soft dough, adding more syrup or protein powder as needed.
- Roll small balls about one inch wide with your hands and place them on a tray.
- Chill for at least 30 minutes until firm.
Notes
Store in a tight container with parchment paper to prevent sticking. They last for about 7-10 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
