Description

These no-bake Cookie Dough Protein Balls are the perfect sweet snack, packed with protein and flavor, ideal for post-workout or a quick treat.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup vanilla protein powder
  • 1/2 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup maple syrup
  • 1/2 cup peanut butter or almond butter
  • Dried fruit (optional)
  • Chopped nuts (optional)
  • Seeds (optional)

Instructions

  1. Measure all your ingredients first. Put the protein powder in a bowl.
  2. Add the chocolate chips, seeds, and chopped nuts into the bowl.
  3. In a separate small bowl, mix the maple syrup and peanut butter.
  4. Stir the wet mix into the dry mix. Combine until you have a soft dough, adding more syrup or protein powder as needed.
  5. Roll small balls about one inch wide with your hands and place them on a tray.
  6. Chill for at least 30 minutes until firm.

Notes

Store in a tight container with parchment paper to prevent sticking. They last for about 7-10 days in the fridge or up to 3 months in the freezer.
