Instructions
- Heat a large skillet over medium heat and melt the butter.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for about a minute.
- Add the shrimp and sauté until they turn pink, about 2-3 minutes.
- Pour in the heavy cream and bring to a gentle simmer.
- Stir in the grated Parmesan cheese, seasoning with salt and pepper to taste.
- Allow the sauce to simmer until thickened, about 2-3 minutes.
- Serve over pasta or rice, garnished with chopped parsley.
Notes
For a dairy-free version, use coconut milk instead of heavy cream and nutritional yeast instead of Parmesan.
