Description
A refreshing and sweet creamy grape salad, inspired by Chicken Salad Chick’s version, perfect as a side dish for potlucks and meals.
Ingredients

- 4 cups seedless grapes, washed and dried (red, green, or mixed)
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 cup sour cream or plain Greek yogurt
- 1/3 cup granulated sugar or powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup brown sugar, for topping
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans or walnuts, for topping
- Optional: a small squeeze of lemon juice
Instructions
- Wash and dry the grapes first.
- Soften the cream cheese in a bowl.
- Add sour cream and beat until smooth.
- Mix in the sugar and vanilla. Taste and add lemon if desired.
- Put the grapes in a larger bowl and pour the dressing over them.
- Toss gently with a soft spoon or spatula to coat evenly.
- Cover the bowl and chill for at least one hour.
- Right before serving, mix the brown sugar with the chopped nuts and sprinkle on top.
Notes
For a lighter version, use plain Greek yogurt and reduce the sugar. Keep the topping separate until serving to maintain crispness.
