Description

Delightfully fluffy muffins infused with the aromatic flavors of garlic and rosemary, perfect for any occasion.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon instant yeast
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1 cup warm water
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
  • 1 teaspoon sea salt for topping

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, mix together the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
  2. Add in warm water and olive oil; stir until a sticky dough forms.
  3. Knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes until smooth.
  4. Fold in minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
  5. Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for one hour, until doubled in size.
  6. Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
  7. Divide the dough into muffin cups, filling them three-quarters full, and sprinkle sea salt on top.
  8. Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
  9. Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.

Notes

Store leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze muffins for up to 2 months.
