- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1 teaspoon instant yeast
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 teaspoons fresh rosemary, chopped
- 1 teaspoon sea salt for topping
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the flour, instant yeast, and salt.
- Add in warm water and olive oil; stir until a sticky dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface for about five minutes until smooth.
- Fold in minced garlic and chopped rosemary.
- Cover the bowl with a towel and let it rise for one hour, until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 400°F (200°C) and grease a muffin tin.
- Divide the dough into muffin cups, filling them three-quarters full, and sprinkle sea salt on top.
- Bake for 15 to 20 minutes until golden brown.
- Allow muffins to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Store leftover muffins in an airtight container at room temperature for 2-3 days. For longer storage, freeze muffins for up to 2 months.
