Description

A creamy and minty milkshake perfect for a refreshing treat, especially around St. Patrick’s Day.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream
  • ¾ cup whole milk
  • ½ teaspoon mint extract
  • 4 drops green food coloring
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • 1 maraschino cherry (for garnish)

Instructions

  1. In a blender, combine 2 cups of vanilla ice cream and ¾ cup of whole milk. Blend until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add ½ teaspoon of mint extract and 4 drops of green food coloring. Blend again until fully combined and evenly colored.
  3. Taste and adjust mint extract if needed.
  4. Pour the shake into two glasses.
  5. Top with whipped cream and place a maraschino cherry on top of each shake.
  6. Serve immediately and enjoy!

Notes

Use good quality vanilla ice cream for the best taste. Adjust the mint level to your preference and serve in chilled glasses.
