- 0.5 cups Chopped nuts (walnuts or pecans)
- 1 cup Greek yogurt or cream
- Fresh pear slices
Instructions
- Preheat the oven and grease a baking dish.
- Mix the oats, baking powder, cinnamon, and salt in one bowl.
- Whisk eggs, milk, vanilla, and maple syrup in another bowl.
- Fold the wet mix into the oats.
- Stir in chopped pears and nuts.
- Pour into the dish and top with pear slices.
- Bake until set and slightly golden.
- Let it rest before serving so it firms up.
Notes
