Description

Quick and easy roast beef sliders with melted cheese served with a warm au jus for dipping. Perfect for parties or cozy dinners.

Ingredients

  • Roast beef – thin slices
  • Slider buns – soft dinner rolls
  • Caramelized onions – sweet, deep flavor
  • Swiss cheese – melts well
  • Dijon mustard – for tang
  • Au jus for dipping – warm beef broth
  • Butter – for brushing tops

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Slice the slider buns in half horizontally.
  3. On the bottom half of each bun, layer roast beef, caramelized onions, and Swiss cheese.
  4. Spread a thin layer of Dijon mustard on the top half of the buns.
  5. Place the top half on the assembled sliders.
  6. Brush the tops of the buns with melted butter.
  7. Bake in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until the cheese is melted and the buns are lightly toasted.
  8. Serve warm with au jus for dipping.

Notes

Preheating gives even melt and toast. Avoid overfilling the sliders. Keep dips warm for optimal flavor.
