Quick and easy layered jar snacks made with Greek yogurt, granola, and fresh berries.

- 2 cups Greek yogurt
- 1 cup granola
- 1 cup mixed berries
- 2 tablespoons honey or maple syrup
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 pinch ground cinnamon, to taste
- Fresh mint leaves, for garnish
Instructions
- Prepare the Ingredients: Gently rinse and pat dry the mixed berries. Slice strawberries if using.
- Mix the Yogurt: In a bowl, combine Greek yogurt, honey (or maple syrup), and vanilla extract. Stir until smooth and add cinnamon if desired.
- Layer the Jars: Spoon 1/4 cup yogurt into jar bottoms.
- Add Granola: Sprinkle 2 tablespoons of granola over the yogurt layer.
- Add Berries: Layer 1/3 cup of mixed berries on top.
- Repeat the Layers: Add more layers of yogurt, granola, and berries up to 2-3 times.
- Garnish: Drizzle with honey and add fresh mint leaves.
- Chill and Serve: Enjoy immediately or chill for 30 minutes to an hour.
Notes
Rinse and dry berries to avoid watering down the yogurt. Mix yogurt with sweetener for even flavor distribution. Add granola just before eating for extra crunch.
