- 2 thin chicken breasts
- 4 slices turkey bacon
- 4 slices cheddar cheese
- 1 tomato, sliced
- 1 onion, sliced
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 2 cups mixed greens
- 2 Brioche buns
- 1/4 cup Chipotle Ranch Dressing
Instructions
- Grill the chicken breasts until cooked through.
- Make sure the grill is hot. Thin breasts need only a few minutes per side. Check that juices run clear.
- In a separate pan, cook the turkey bacon until crispy.
- Toast the Brioche buns on the grill.
- In a bowl, toss the greens with Chipotle Ranch Dressing.
- Assemble the sandwich by layering grilled chicken, turkey bacon, cheddar cheese, tomato, onion, avocado, and dressed greens on the Brioche buns.
Notes
Serve the sandwich warm and cut in half for easy eating. Pair it with potato chips, salad, or fruit.
