Ground Turkey Rice Bowls with Bang Bang Sauce are quick, filling bowls made with seasoned ground turkey, cooked rice, and a creamy, spicy sauce. This easy one-pan meal is perfect for busy weeknights and simple meal prep.

Ingredients

Scale

1 lb ground turkey

2 cups cooked rice

2 tbsp soy sauce

1 tbsp sriracha

1 tsp garlic powder

1 tsp onion powder

1/2 cup bang bang sauce

Optional toppings: sliced green onions, sesame seeds, steamed vegetables

Instructions

1. Heat a skillet over medium heat and add the ground turkey.

2. Cook the turkey, breaking it apart, until browned and fully cooked.

3. Add soy sauce, sriracha, garlic powder, and onion powder. Stir well to coat the meat evenly.

4. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes until flavors are combined and no pink remains.

5. Divide the cooked rice into serving bowls.

6. Top the rice with the seasoned ground turkey.

7. Drizzle bang bang sauce over each bowl and finish with desired toppings.
