Description

A quick and filling dish made with frozen hashbrowns, cheese, and eggs that’s perfect for breakfast, lunch, or dinner.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 cups frozen hashbrowns
  • 1 cup shredded cheese
  • 1 cup cooked and crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup diced bell peppers
  • 1/2 cup diced onions
  • 4 eggs
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
  2. Mix hashbrowns with salt and pepper in a large bowl.
  3. Spread the hashbrowns evenly in a greased baking dish.
  4. Layer cheese, bacon, bell peppers, and onions over the hashbrowns.
  5. Whisk together eggs and milk in another bowl, then pour over the layers.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes or until the egg is set and the top is golden brown.
  7. Let it cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes

Preheating helps the dish cook evenly. Greasing the dish prevents sticking. Pour the egg mix slowly to soak the layers.
