- 1 can of pineapple chunks (drained)
- 1 cup strawberries (sliced)
- 2 kiwis (peeled and sliced)
- 1 cup raspberries
- 8 oz cream cheese (softened)
- 1 cup whipped topping
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
Instructions
- Beat the softened cream cheese until smooth.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, mixing until well combined.
- Fold in the whipped topping until smooth.
- Add the pineapple, strawberries, kiwi, and raspberries to the bowl, gently mixing to combine.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 60 minutes before serving.
- Serve in a large bowl or individual cups for a refreshing dessert.
Notes
Beat the cream cheese first to avoid lumps. Chill to allow flavors to meld. If mix is stiff, fold in a small spoon of milk or extra whipped topping to loosen it.
