Description

Ingredients

  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper

  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat your skillet over medium heat and add the olive oil.
  2. In a bowl, combine the grated sweet potatoes with the chopped onion, salt, black pepper, paprika, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix until well combined.
  3. Add the sweet potato mixture to the skillet and press it down with a spatula to form an even layer.
