Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound sausage
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar, gouda, or pepper jack)
  • 1 cup bread cubes (optional)
  • 1 cup mixed vegetables (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes) and drain excess fat.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
  4. Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, bread cubes, and vegetables to the egg mixture and stir gently.
  5. Pour the mixture into a greased casserole dish and spread evenly.
  6. Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden edges and a set middle.
  7. Let cool for a few minutes before serving.

Notes
