Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a skillet over medium heat, cook the sausage until browned (about 5-7 minutes) and drain excess fat.
- In a bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, salt, and pepper until combined.
- Add the cooked sausage, shredded cheese, bread cubes, and vegetables to the egg mixture and stir gently.

- Bake for 30-35 minutes until golden edges and a set middle.
