- 2 cups of mixed seafood (shrimp, clams, and fish)
- 1 cup of diced potatoes
- 1 cup of corn
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 4 cups of fish or vegetable broth
- 1 cup of heavy cream
- 2 tablespoons of butter
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Melt butter in a large pot over medium heat.
- Add onion and garlic, sauté until softened.
- Add potatoes and corn, cook for 5 minutes.
- Pour in broth and bring to a boil.
- Reduce heat and simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Add seafood and cook until just cooked through.
- Stir in heavy cream and season with salt and pepper.
