- 1 cup Brewed hibiscus tea, cooled
- 1 cup Fresh or frozen pineapple chunks
- 1 cup Coconut water
- Juice of 1 lime
- Ice cubes
- Optional garnish: fresh sage or mint leaves
Instructions
- Brew the hibiscus tea by steeping 2-3 hibiscus tea bags in boiling water for 5-10 minutes. Cool completely in the refrigerator.
- Combine the cooled hibiscus tea, pineapple chunks, coconut water, and lime juice in a blender.
- Add ice cubes and blend on high until smooth and frothy.
- Taste the smoothie and adjust sweetness with more lime juice or pineapple as needed.
- Pour into glasses and garnish with fresh sage or mint leaves. Enjoy!
Notes
Let the tea cool fully to prevent melting the ice too quickly. Blend at high speed for a smooth texture. Taste before pouring and adjust flavors as needed.
