Description

Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground chicken
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 large potatoes, diced
  • 1 bell pepper, chopped
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon chili powder
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and add diced potatoes. Cook until browned and tender (10-15 minutes). Remove and set aside.
