- 4 slices of white cheddar cheese
- 1 thinly sliced peach
- 1 tablespoon of honey
Instructions
- Butter one side of each bread slice, ensuring full coverage.
- Heat a skillet over medium heat while you assemble the sandwich.
- Layer cheese and peach slices on the unbuttered side of two bread slices, drizzling honey over the peaches.
- Top with the remaining bread slices, buttered side facing out.
- Place sandwiches in the skillet and press gently with a spatula.
- Grill until golden brown and cheese begins to melt, about five minutes, flipping halfway through.
- Let sandwiches rest for a minute before slicing.
