Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×5 inch loaf pan.

- In a large bowl, cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, followed by vanilla extract.
- Alternate adding the dry ingredients and buttermilk to the butter mixture, mixing gently until just combined.
- Fold in hot fudge sauce and chocolate chips.
- Pour batter into prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
- Bake for 55 to 60 minutes or until a toothpick comes out with a few moist crumbs.
- Let cool for 10 minutes in the pan, then transfer to a wire rack to cool completely.
- Drizzle with warmed hot fudge sauce and sprinkle with extra chocolate chips if desired.
