Description

Crisp carrot sticks brightened by apple cider vinegar, kissed with honey, and warmed by red pepper flakes for a sweet and spicy snack.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 pound carrots, peeled and cut into sticks
  • 1 cup apple cider vinegar
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
  • 1 teaspoon salt

  4. Transfer the carrots and pickling liquid to a clean jar, making sure the carrots are submerged.
  5. Seal the jar and refrigerate for at least 24 hours before serving.
