Quick and easy warm, cheesy snack bites using tortilla chips filled with a creamy cheese mix.
Ingredients

- 10 oz Tostitos Scoops tortilla chips
- 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 8 oz shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1 large egg
- 15 oz sweet corn, drained
- 4 oz green chiles, mild or medium
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese (for topping)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Arrange the tortilla chips on the baking sheet, cup side up.
- In a large bowl, mix the cream cheese, shredded mozzarella, egg, sweet corn, green chiles, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until smooth.
- Spoon 1 tablespoon of the mixture into each chip cup.
- Sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top of each filled chip.
- Bake for 13-15 minutes until the cheese is bubbling and golden.
- Let cool slightly and serve warm.
Notes
Store leftovers in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 3 days. Reheat in the oven or microwave.
