- 8 oz fresh mozzarella cheese
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes

Instructions
- Slice the cucumbers and cherry tomatoes into bite-sized pieces.
- Cut the fresh mozzarella into small cubes.
- In a large bowl, combine the cucumbers, cherry tomatoes, mozzarella, and basil leaves.
- Drizzle the salad with olive oil and balsamic vinegar, and season with salt and pepper.
