Ingredients

- 8 oz pasta
- 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
- 1 red bell pepper, diced
- 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved

- 1 avocado, diced

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

Instructions
- Cook the pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and let cool.
- In a large bowl, mix together corn, bell pepper, tomatoes, onion, avocado, and cilantro.
- Add the cooled pasta to the vegetable mixture.
- In a small bowl, whisk together lime juice, olive oil, salt, and pepper.
