Description

A vibrant celebration of summer flavors with sweet corn, juicy tomatoes, creamy avocado, and a refreshing lime dressing.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz pasta
  • 1 cup corn (fresh or canned)
  • 1 red bell pepper, diced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
  • 1/4 cup red onion, finely chopped
  • 1 avocado, diced
  • 1/4 cup cilantro, chopped
  • Juice of 1 lime

Instructions
