Description
A calming and aromatic herbal tea to support weight loss, digestion, and a flat stomach naturally.
Ingredients
2 tbsp fresh lemon balm leaves (or 1 tbsp dried)
2 cups water
1 tsp fresh lemon juice (optional)
1 slice fresh ginger (optional)
1 tsp raw honey (optional)
Instructions
1. Bring water to a boil in a small pot.
2. Remove from heat and add lemon balm leaves.
3. Cover and steep for 10–15 minutes.
4. Strain into a cup.
5. Add lemon juice, ginger, or honey if desired.
6. Enjoy warm, ideally before meals or bedtime.
Notes
Fresh lemon balm has a more vibrant flavor, but dried works too.
Avoid boiling the leaves directly; steep instead.
Drink 2–3 cups per day for best results.
Not recommended for those with thyroid issues.
