Ingredients

- 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
- 1 teaspoon turmeric powder (or fresh turmeric, grated)
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
- Pinch of black pepper
- 1 cup water
Instructions
- Squeeze the juice from the lemon into a blender.
- Add the grated ginger, turmeric, honey (if using), and a small pinch of black pepper.
- Pour in the cup of water.
- Blend the mixture until smooth.
- Pour the blended mix through a fine sieve or cheesecloth into a small shot glass or jar.
- Press the pulp gently to extract all the liquid.
- Serve immediately.

Adjust honey to taste and use fresh lemon juice for best results.
