Description

A quick and satisfying layered sandwich featuring cooked chicken, bacon, fresh veggies, and a creamy avocado ranch spread. Perfect for lunch or a light dinner.


Ingredients

  • 2 slices of bread
  • 1 cooked chicken breast, sliced
  • 2 slices of bacon, cooked
  • 1/2 avocado
  • 2 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • Lettuce leaves
  • Tomato slices
  • Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions

  1. In a small bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with ranch dressing to create the avocado ranch spread.
  2. Toast the slices of bread until golden brown.
  3. On one slice of bread, layer the lettuce, sliced chicken, bacon, and tomato.
  4. Spread a generous layer of the avocado ranch spread over the top, then place the second slice of bread on top.
  5. Cut in half and serve immediately.

Notes
