Description

Crispy, creamy, and spicy mini jalapeno popper egg rolls that are perfect for parties or as a late-night snack.


Ingredients

  • Egg roll wrappers
  • Jalapeños, finely diced
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Cheddar cheese, grated
  • Garlic powder
  • Onion powder
  • Oil for frying

Instructions

  1. Mix cream cheese, cheddar, jalapeños, garlic powder, and onion powder in a bowl until well combined.
  2. Place a spoonful of filling on each egg roll wrapper, seal with water, and shape tightly.
  3. Heat oil in a skillet to 350°F (177°C).
  4. Fry egg rolls in batches until golden brown, about 2.5–3 minutes per side.
  5. Drain on paper towels and serve hot.
