  • 1 cup Powdered Sugar
  • 0.25 cups Milk or Water
  • Flavorings (extracts or citrus juice)

Instructions

  1. Mix flour, sugar, and baking powder in a bowl.
  2. Beat eggs with milk and melted butter, then add vanilla.
  3. Stir wet ingredients into dry until a thick dough forms.
  4. Shape into rings or balls and chill if sticky.
  5. Heat oil to medium-high and fry doughnuts until light brown, 1–2 minutes per side.
  6. Drain on paper towels and dip in glaze while warm.
  7. For glaze, mix powdered sugar with milk or water and flavoring, adjusting thickness as needed.
