Description
A refreshing no-cook natural Zepbound recipe made with apple cider vinegar, lemon, chia seeds, and fresh ginger to support hydration and digestion.
Ingredients
1 tablespoon raw apple cider vinegar (with “the mother”)
Juice of ½ fresh lemon
1 teaspoon chia seeds
½–1 teaspoon freshly grated ginger
8–12 ounces filtered water (room temperature or cold)
Optional: pinch of cinnamon or cayenne, and ½ teaspoon honey or stevia
Instructions
1. Pour the apple cider vinegar and fresh lemon juice into a large glass.
2. Add the filtered water and stir until the mixture is uniform.
3. Sprinkle in the chia seeds and stir thoroughly to prevent clumping.
4. Let the drink sit for 10–15 minutes so the chia seeds can hydrate.
5. Grate fresh ginger directly into the glass and stir again.
6. Add optional cinnamon, cayenne, honey, or stevia if desired, stir, and enjoy.
Notes
Adjust the vinegar or ginger to taste.
Stir well during the first minute to avoid chia clumps.
Store refrigerated for up to 48 hours and shake before drinking.
