- 1 cup whole milk
- 1/2 cup pure maple syrup

Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a large baking dish with butter.
- Cook the breakfast sausage in a skillet over medium heat until crumbly and golden, then drain excess grease.
- In a mixing bowl, combine the pancake mix, milk, and eggs just until mixed.
- Fold in half of the maple syrup and sausage bits until just mixed.
- Pour half of the batter into the greased dish, layer with remaining sausage, and top with the rest of the batter.
- Bake uncovered for 30 to 35 minutes until golden brown and bouncy to touch.
Notes
