Description

A refreshing salad featuring sweet pears, peppery arugula, crunchy walnuts, and creamy goat cheese, drizzled with a honey vinaigrette.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups arugula
  • 2 ripe pears, sliced
  • 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
  • 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • Salt, to taste
  • Pepper, to taste

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, combine the arugula and sliced pears.
