- 2 ripe pears, sliced
- 1 cup crumbled goat cheese
- 1/2 cup walnuts, roughly chopped
- 2 tablespoons honey
- 3 tablespoons olive oil
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar

- Pepper, to taste
Instructions
- In a large bowl, combine the arugula and sliced pears.
- Add the crumbled goat cheese and walnuts to the bowl.
- In a smaller bowl, whisk together honey, olive oil, apple cider vinegar, salt, and pepper.
- Drizzle the vinaigrette over the salad and gently toss to combine.
