Description

Quick and easy Pepperoni and Cheese Crescent Rolls are perfect for snacks or casual parties.


Ingredients

  • 1 can crescent roll dough (8 oz)
  • 8 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into strips
  • 8 oz pepperoni slices
  • 1 cup marinara sauce for dipping

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Unroll the crescent roll dough and separate it into triangles.
  3. Place a strip of mozzarella cheese and a few slices of pepperoni on the wide end of each triangle.
  4. Roll up the dough, starting from the wide end and rolling towards the point.
  5. Place the rolled crescent rolls on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  6. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until golden brown.
  7. Serve warm with marinara sauce for dipping.

Notes

Preheating makes the dough bake evenly. Keep the cheese near the wide end so it melts inside. Roll snug but not tight to let the dough puff. Use parchment to stop sticking and to make cleanup fast. Check the color at 12 minutes; ovens vary.
