Instructions

- Gradually blend dry ingredients into the wet mixture until just combined.
- Pour the batter into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top.
- Bake for 25-30 minutes, checking for doneness with a toothpick.
- Let the bars cool completely in the pan.
- For the frosting, beat together softened cream cheese and butter until smooth. Gradually add powdered sugar and vanilla, mixing until creamy.
