- 8 oz ramen noodles
- 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
- 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
- 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
- 2 tablespoons peanut butter
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
- 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
- In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
- Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
- Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
- Add the cooked ramen noodles and the sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
- Season with salt and pepper to taste.
- Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.
Notes
Feel free to swap out vegetables or protein as desired. For a vegetarian version, substitute tofu for beef.
