Description

A quick and delicious stir fry featuring beef, ramen noodles, and fresh vegetables, perfect for a busy weeknight meal.


Ingredients

  • 8 oz ramen noodles
  • 1 lb beef (thinly sliced)
  • 2 cups mixed vegetables (e.g., bell peppers, broccoli, carrots)
  • 3 tablespoons hoisin sauce
  • 2 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 2 tablespoons soy sauce
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon garlic (minced)
  • 1 teaspoon ginger (grated)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Sesame seeds for garnish (optional)

Instructions

  1. Cook the ramen noodles according to package instructions, then drain and set aside.
  2. In a small bowl, mix hoisin sauce, peanut butter, soy sauce, garlic, and ginger to create the sauce.
  3. Heat vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  4. Add the beef and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
  5. Add the mixed vegetables to the skillet and stir-fry for another 3-4 minutes until they are tender.
  6. Add the cooked ramen noodles and the sauce to the skillet, tossing everything together until well combined.
  7. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  8. Serve hot, garnished with sesame seeds if desired.

Notes

Feel free to swap out vegetables or protein as desired. For a vegetarian version, substitute tofu for beef.
