- 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1 cup strawberry cake mix
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
- 1/4 cup melted butter
Instructions
- In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
- Add melted butter to the white chocolate and mix until combined.
- Place Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and drizzle the white chocolate mixture over it, stirring gently to coat.
- In a separate container, combine the strawberry cake mix with powdered sugar.
- Add the coated cereal to the strawberry mixture and shake/stir until all pieces are covered.
- Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
- Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool before serving.
