Description

A delightful and whimsical treat that combines the crunchy texture of Rice Chex with a luxurious coating of white chocolate and strawberry cake mix, perfect for summer picnics and celebrations.


Ingredients

  • 4 cups Rice Chex cereal
  • 1 cup white chocolate chips
  • 1 cup strawberry cake mix
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1/4 cup sliced strawberries (fresh or freeze-dried)
  • 1/4 cup melted butter

Instructions

  1. In a large microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate chips by heating in 30-second intervals, stirring until smooth.
  2. Add melted butter to the white chocolate and mix until combined.
  3. Place Rice Chex cereal in a large mixing bowl and drizzle the white chocolate mixture over it, stirring gently to coat.
  4. In a separate container, combine the strawberry cake mix with powdered sugar.
  5. Add the coated cereal to the strawberry mixture and shake/stir until all pieces are covered.
  6. Gently fold in the sliced strawberries.
  7. Spread the mixture onto a baking sheet lined with parchment paper to cool before serving.
