Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup unsalted butter
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 cup sweetened shredded coconut
  • 1 cup sweetened condensed milk

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and grease a 9×13 inch baking dish.
  2. Melt the butter in a saucepan or microwave, then combine it with the graham cracker crumbs until well mixed.
  3. Press the butter mixture firmly into the bottom of the prepared baking dish to form a solid crust.
  4. Pour the sweetened condensed milk evenly over the crust.
  5. Sprinkle the shredded coconut over the condensed milk.
  6. Add the raspberries evenly over the coconut.
  7. If desired, sprinkle chocolate chips and chopped nuts over the top.
