Description

A quick and healthy Raw Cacao and Blueberry Smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 cup non-dairy milk (oat milk recommended)
  • 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
  • 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
  • 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
  • 1 Tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
  • 56 cubes of ice

Instructions

  1. Gather all the ingredients.
  2. Measure the non-dairy milk and scoop the raw cacao powder.
  3. Add the frozen blueberries and other small ingredients to the blender.
  4. Place the ice cubes last for better blending.
  5. Start the blender on low, then gradually increase speed.
  6. Stop and check for any chunks; if too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more frozen blueberries or ice.
  7. Blend until smooth and cold.
  8. Pour into a glass or travel cup and enjoy.

Notes

This smoothie can be easily customized with different types of non-dairy milk or additional protein.
