Description
A quick and healthy Raw Cacao and Blueberry Smoothie perfect for breakfast or a snack.
Ingredients
Scale
- 1 cup non-dairy milk (oat milk recommended)
- 3/4 cup frozen blueberries
- 1 Tbsp raw cacao powder
- 1 Tbsp cacao nibs
- 1 Tbsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 2 scoops protein powder (optional)
- 5–6 cubes of ice
Instructions
- Gather all the ingredients.
- Measure the non-dairy milk and scoop the raw cacao powder.
- Add the frozen blueberries and other small ingredients to the blender.
- Place the ice cubes last for better blending.
- Start the blender on low, then gradually increase speed.
- Stop and check for any chunks; if too thick, add more milk; if too thin, add more frozen blueberries or ice.
- Blend until smooth and cold.
- Pour into a glass or travel cup and enjoy.
Notes
This smoothie can be easily customized with different types of non-dairy milk or additional protein.
