- 1 cup chocolate chips
- 1 cup white chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup crushed peppermint candy canes
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
- In a large bowl, cream together the softened butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth and creamy.
- Beat in the eggs one at a time, then add the vanilla extract.
- In another bowl, combine the flour, cocoa powder, baking soda, and salt.
- Gradually mix the dry ingredients into the wet ingredients until just combined.
- Fold in the chocolate chips, white chocolate chips, and crushed peppermint candy canes.
- Scoop rounded tablespoons of dough onto ungreased baking sheets, leaving space between them.
- Bake for 10-12 minutes, until edges are set and centers are slightly soft.
- Allow cookies to cool on baking sheets for a few minutes, then transfer to wire racks to cool completely.
