Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Remove the outer leaves of the cabbage and slice it into 1-inch thick steaks.
- Place the cabbage steaks on a baking sheet lined with parchment or lightly oiled.
- Drizzle olive oil over the steaks and season with salt, pepper, and any additional seasonings.
- Roast for 25–30 minutes, flipping halfway through, until edges are crispy and cabbage is tender.
- Serve warm and adjust seasoning as needed.
