Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- Roll out the pizza dough on a floured surface to your desired thickness.
- Place the rolled dough on a baking sheet or pizza stone.
- Brush the dough with olive oil and sprinkle with minced garlic.
- Mix ricotta cheese with salt, pepper, and red pepper flakes if desired, then spread this mixture over the dough.
- Top with fresh spinach, mozzarella cheese, and crumbled feta cheese.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes, or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly.
- Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before slicing. Garnish with fresh basil if desired.

Notes
Preheating gives a crisper crust. Brushing oil with garlic lets the garlic toast lightly. Mixing ricotta first keeps it even on the dough. Check cheese color in the last minute.
