Description

This delightful treat combines the satisfying crunch of pretzels with the lush, sweet flavor of caramel and rich chocolate, finished off with a sprinkle of sea salt.


Ingredients

  • 2 cups pretzel sticks
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1 cup caramel candies
  • 1/4 cup sea salt
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

  1. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
  2. Spread the pretzel sticks evenly across the lined baking sheet.
  3. In a saucepan over low heat, combine the caramel candies and butter, stirring gently until melted and smooth.
  4. Pour the melted caramel generously over the pretzels, spreading it evenly.
  5. Melt the chocolate chips using a microwave or double boiler and drizzle over the caramel layer.
  6. Sprinkle sea salt on top of the chocolate layer.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for 1-2 hours until set, then break into pieces and enjoy.

Notes

Store leftovers in an airtight container in the refrigerator for about a week or freeze for up to three months. Use parchment paper between layers to avoid sticking.
