Description

Delicious roll-ups filled with crumbled sausage, scrambled eggs, and cheese wrapped in flaky crescent roll dough, perfect for breakfast or brunch.


Ingredients

  • 1 package of crescent roll dough
  • 2 cooked sausage links, crumbled
  • 2 large eggs, scrambled
  • Shredded cheese (optional)

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. Roll out the crescent dough on a baking sheet and pinch the seams together.
  3. In a small bowl, whisk the eggs, then scramble them in a lightly greased pan over medium heat until fluffy.
  4. Mix the crumbled sausage into the scrambled eggs.
  5. Spoon the sausage and egg mixture onto the wide end of the crescent dough. Sprinkle cheese on top if desired.
  6. Roll the dough tightly from the wide end and place them seam-side down on the baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden brown. Let cool slightly before serving.
