Description

A delicious twist on the classic cheesesteak, these Keto Philly Cheesesteak Rolls are filled with savory ground beef, bell peppers, and provolone cheese, all wrapped in a crispy low-carb dough.


Ingredients

  • 1 lb ground beef
  • 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
  • 1 cup onion, sliced
  • 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • Keto-friendly dough or low-carb wraps

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
  2. In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until soft.
  3. Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and no longer pink.
  4. Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted into the mixture.
  5. Roll out keto dough or lay low-carb wraps flat.
  6. Spoon the beef mixture onto the dough or wraps, roll them up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
  7. Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
  8. Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
