- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 cup bell peppers, sliced
- 1 cup onion, sliced
- 1 cup provolone cheese, shredded
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Keto-friendly dough or low-carb wraps
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
- In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat and sauté onions and bell peppers for 5-7 minutes until soft.
- Add ground beef, seasoning with salt and pepper, and cook until browned and no longer pink.
- Stir in shredded provolone cheese until melted into the mixture.
- Roll out keto dough or lay low-carb wraps flat.
- Spoon the beef mixture onto the dough or wraps, roll them up tightly and place seam-side down on a baking sheet.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes until golden brown and crispy.
- Let cool for a minute before serving warm.
Notes
