Description

A creamy, tangy sauce that enhances any meal with its flavor explosion.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup mayonnaise (or Greek yogurt for a lighter option)
  • 2 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon apple cider vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 2 tablespoons hot sauce
  • 1 tablespoon honey or sugar

Instructions

  1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine 1 cup of mayonnaise and 2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard.
  2. Add 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar and whisk until mixed.
  3. Stir in 1 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1 teaspoon of onion powder, and 1 teaspoon of smoked paprika.
  4. Incorporate 1/2 teaspoon of cayenne pepper, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper, mixing well.
  5. Add 2 tablespoons of hot sauce and 1 tablespoon of honey or sugar, then stir until fully combined.
  6. Taste and adjust seasonings to preference.
  7. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes to allow flavors to meld.
