Description

A rich and creamy hot chocolate made in a slow cooker, perfect for cozy gatherings and chilly evenings.


Ingredients

  • 1 cup of heavy cream
  • 1 cup of semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup of unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1/2 cup of sugar

  • Whipped cream for serving

Instructions

  1. Combine milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in the slow cooker. Stir until well mixed.
  2. Cover and set the slow cooker on low for about 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
  3. Once melted and warm, serve in mugs topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
