Instructions
- Combine milk, heavy cream, chocolate chips, cocoa powder, sugar, vanilla extract, and salt in the slow cooker. Stir until well mixed.
- Cover and set the slow cooker on low for about 120 minutes, stirring occasionally.
- Once melted and warm, serve in mugs topped with whipped cream and chocolate shavings.
Notes
