S’mores Cheesecake Dip

Description

A creamy, no-bake dip that combines cheesecake flavor with s’mores toppings, perfect for parties and quick snacks.


Ingredients

  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
  • 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
  3. Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
  4. Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top of the cheesecake mixture.
  5. Dollop the marshmallow fluff over the chocolate chips.
  6. Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallow fluff.
  7. Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with graham crackers for dipping.

Notes

For a looser spread, add a splash of milk. For a stiffer dip, chill longer. Work at room temperature to avoid lumps.
