A creamy, no-bake dip that combines cheesecake flavor with s’mores toppings, perfect for parties and quick snacks.

- 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
- 1/2 cup marshmallow fluff
- 1/4 cup graham cracker crumbs
Instructions
- In a large bowl, beat together the softened cream cheese and softened butter until smooth and creamy.
- Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract to the cream cheese mixture. Beat until well combined and fluffy.
- Spread the cheesecake mixture evenly into a shallow serving dish or pie plate.
- Sprinkle the chocolate chips evenly over the top of the cheesecake mixture.
- Dollop the marshmallow fluff over the chocolate chips.
- Sprinkle the graham cracker crumbs over the marshmallow fluff.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving. Serve with graham crackers for dipping.
Notes
For a looser spread, add a splash of milk. For a stiffer dip, chill longer. Work at room temperature to avoid lumps.
