Description

A refreshing blend of ripe peaches and tart lemons, perfect for summer gatherings.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups fresh peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • 1 cup sugar
  • 4 cups water
  • Ice
  • Mint leaves (optional)

Instructions

  1. Blend the sliced peaches with 1 cup of water until smooth to create a peach puree.
  2. Strain the peach puree into a pitcher, discarding the solids.
  3. Add the freshly squeezed lemon juice and sugar to the pitcher, stirring until the sugar dissolves.
  4. Add the remaining water and stir to combine.
  5. Serve over ice and garnish with fresh mint leaves if desired.

Notes

Store leftovers in a sealed container in the refrigerator for 3 to 5 days. For longer storage, freeze the lemonade in ice cube trays or freezer-safe containers.
