Ingredients

- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup sweetened condensed milk
- 1/4 cup butter, softened
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1 egg
- 2 teaspoons sugar
- 1 teaspoon baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine sweetened condensed milk, softened butter, milk, and egg; mix well.
- Gradually add the wet ingredients to the dry ingredients, mixing until a dough forms.
- Knead the dough on a floured surface until smooth, about 5-10 minutes.
- Place the dough in a greased bowl and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour, or until doubled in size.
- Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
- Punch down the dough, divide it into rolls, and place them in a greased baking dish.
- Let the rolls rise for another 30 minutes.
- Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
- Allow to cool slightly before serving.
Notes
Serve warm with butter, jam, or a simple glaze. Store in a sealed container at room temperature for 1-2 days.
