Description

A refreshing Thai pink milk drink made with milk and sala syrup, perfect for hot days.


Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/4 cup Hale’s Blue Boy sala flavored syrup
  • 3 cups crushed ice
  • 1/4 cup evaporated milk (optional, for drizzling on top)

Instructions

  1. Pour the milk into a jug or any container large enough to hold all the milk and syrup.
  2. Add the sala-flavored syrup to the milk.
  3. Stir well with a spoon until the syrup is fully mixed into the milk.
  4. Fill serving glasses with crushed ice.
  5. Pour the pink milk over the ice in each glass.
  6. Drizzle evaporated milk on top if desired.

Notes

Use cold milk to chill faster. Taste the mix before pouring; adjust syrup as needed.
